Important things to remember when booking a party
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Parties can be rescheduled at no cost up to 2 weeks before your reserved date
- If rescheduled within 2 weeks of the party a $50 reschedule fee will be applied
- If you wish to downgrade your party, you must notify us 2 weeks before your reserved date
- All guests, jumpers, and non-jumpers are required to sign a waiver
- Additional Jumpers: $25 weekday and $27 weekend
- Pizza orders must be placed 24 hours before the party
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation
- Party room size accommodates for the jumpers only
